I love fitness and well being. I always have, but that hasn’t let me escape from Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression and Anxiety. I decided to start this blog as a way to talk about what I go through day-to-day and how I’m trying to improve myself, having all these issues to deal with. It’s a way for me to get it all out in a hopefully grammatically correct, well structured way. I know it’s a blog but I’m a bit of a perfectionist.
I like to talk about different things so you may notice I might be a bit all over the place. This blog will be an ever-evolving being so let’s see where it goes together.
